Want to clarify charges

All I want is to talk to a live person about my bill and I got scammed so I need to change the account because there is no funds in the account you have. So if you want to get paid I need to speak to a live agent!!!

I am trying to get an InvisaWear unit for a friend. I tried to call, but was told to dial 911.

This was a very misleading option. Kindly reach back out to me.

No one responds. There is no actual way to reach a person.

When you get to the end of the message, you are directed to 911.

This is not appropriate and dangerous. I don’t want to deny service to any needy persons.

The worst customer service. No answers after a week of trying to communicate with this company. Do not buy medical alerts from InvisaWear!
